SOILBREAKER

Heavy harvesting machines, plough soles consolidated for many years and heavy dumper cause a huge soil compaction in conjunction with high tire pressure. As a result, soil life is strongly restricted, the ground gets too little oxygen and yields are reduced significantly.

By subsoiling oxygen can enter into the soil, this promotes the soil life and the humus formation. Weeds, such as thistles, are substantially reduced. An increase in crop yields will be achieved.

The subsoilers SOILBREAKER from AGRI FARM break up and loosen the compressed soil under the plough sole, up to 70 cm deep. Vertical blades prevent the elevation of barren soil to the surface. The points (made of Hardox material) break up the subsoil, but don’t interrupt the capillary effect. On the contrary, they promote the rising damp to the surface.
By developing a point with the ideal angle enables an optimum and easily breakup of the soil with low power requirement.
Furthermore the V-frame favours the traction power, because the tines don’t exert mutual pressure at work.

Height-adjustable intermediate spring tines with danish sweeps allow a two-layer processing:
The subsoil is just broken up and the top layer is cut off. On the top it’s mixed well and excellently replaces a separate processing of the cultivator.


The semi-mounted subsoiler SOILBREAKER has the particular characteristics of the 3-point unit – easy to pull through the V-frame, the vertical blades and the optimum angle of the points favor the traction.
The subsoiler tines only lift the ground and loosen it, the barren earth remains in the subsoil.

In the same operation the intermediate tines mix the upper layer of humus with little traction.
The soil is reconsolidated with a heavy-duty cage roller or a toothed ring packer roller.

By the chassis, the semi-mounted subsoiler can be transported very gently.

The perfect soil tillage with little expenditure of energy and time can be done by the combination of the subsoiler SOILBREAKER with intermediate tines and the fine cultivator EUROCULT II.
